Not sure about an app that works but for cydia tweak, I can recommend Display Recorder. You'll need a JB-ed iPhone and iOS 4.2 above for this.

There are always lots of "updates" notifications appear on my phone that prompt me to updates the apps I've downloaded. Since all apps i downloaded are "FREE" apps, is it means all the "updates" that prompted are also free and no charge? I just fear that I gotta pay after I "update" it.

Yes, if the app is free, then you can update it for free

Not necessary updates are free although the apps you download are free. The apps is on promotion and you might have downloaded it for free but if the apps released a major upgrade, sometimes they charge for it.
