just now tried instant lvl 80 ..
not using hack or what so ever... but not sure whether its legal or illegal...

first u have to enable the dedicated server ...
Main menu > option > server > enable both option

then go dedicated server > find MEGA EXP or X999 exp server
then when kill one ppl it will gain +999999 EXP then u will be instant lvl 80

but beware... u might get ban by VAC

the question here, how much would it cost me to start playing.
second question, i only using streamyx 4mb connection which been shared on wireless with other 3 people. which made it 4 people on a connection. the question is, would i be able to play the game or i better not before i get a better connection.

u can buy it online with cd key
or just buy a retail version of the game... Retail version is apprx. RM179 but u can get cheaper price somewhere

Amazon currently selling MW3 for $40. So maybe consider getting MW3 from there. Its cheaper, than elsewhere.

i using 1mbps to play... its good enough...
but 4 mbps share by 4 ppl... depends what other ppl are using... if they r downloading or torrenting then its too bad

if its a shared connection, its fine. you still can play but be warn. If your playing while they are downloading, streaming movies etc. you may get some delays shooting, lags due connection unstable at your side. Other than that, 4mb is fine and able to get full ping bar if host is near to you

u heard wrong. i run on MAX without problems. (the game doesn't support SLI)
even my friend's radeon 5670 run smoothly.

Depends on your specs on processor. Also, BF3 runs in Windows 7 or at least a Vista because the game only supports DirectX 10 and 11. You can get better information over at the Battlefield board
