I have a couple of North American lamps with the following spec,

- 30W
- 120V
- 60Hz
- 550mA
- E26
- 5000K

I'm wondering if these would work on your 70W transformer (each).

If yes, I like to purchase 3 70W stepdown transformer units. Can you quote me the shipping price to JB for all 3?

Thanks

I check the label, stated

I supposed United States is 110/120 AC.

1. May i know what transformer I need to buy from you?

2. How much is the price?

3. How to pick up from you?

The difference is maximum wattage that Step Down Transformer can produced. Recommended is 1500 Watts to 2000 Watts

Hi, I just purchased an small appliance from Taiwan. Voltage is 12V and 400mA.

I need to use it continuously. Is your transformer suitable for continuous use?

Hi.

If you use lower wattage transformer, you may burnt the step down transformer , at the same time also burnt your blender.

So suggest to get 2000 wattage transformer.

Heya,

I have 2 studio speakers bought from us, each 130w max. So if I get the 300w one, can I insert 2 power cables to the transformer? Also, is this reliable brand? And do u sell 120v surge protector that I can put between my speakers and the transformer?

Where are u based?

Thanks!

I need a step down tfmer to use on a japan set ps3. Its state that the ps3 need 100vac 2A. Therotically, its only need 100V x 2A = 200 watt right? So 300W transformer should be enough rite? Or do i need more higher power?

Tried to reply your PM but your inbox is full.

Anyway, is it possible to upload pictures of the transformer? Along with the plug/pin shape...

Also, you mention in the first post that for US or overseas products like theyre the same... US is 110V if im not mistaken, while japan is 100V, 10V difference, I've read that you cant use a 110V step down transformer with Japan product and vice versa..

Bro, I bought this from the US:

http://www.voodoolab.com/pedalpower_2.htm

According to the specifications, I think I need a step down transformer.

Pedal Power 2 Plus is manufactured to operate from a specific supply voltage. There are three different models, which accept 100V, 120V, or 240V mains. All units sold in North America are for 120V only. You cannot operate a 120V Pedal Power using 240V power without the correct step down transformer.

Could you recommend me one suitable for my needs? I'm not sure which to buy. I'm not sure what the wattage is, the site mentions "max 200W" under the Special section.

Also would appreciate if you can provide a picture smile.gif

Hi,

do you have Step Down Transformer with 5000w max?
or should I just use Step Down Transformer with 2000W?
is it risky?

I'm not sure which should I use for continuous / heavy duty usage.

I mistaken and bought a step down transformer 230V to 110V,
and it fried, then only I realize it exceed the max power of transformer
(100w). Hopefully it only fried the Transformer not the electronic device.

The electronic device (Tfal Actifry) stated 1450w, so... which should I use?

Please advice. Thanks. icon_question.gif

Hey carrot,

To share my experience, the clock that you purchase is depending on AC current frequency to get the clock timing to be accurate. The transformer is just stepping down the AC voltage and the frequency still remain the same (50Hz). There after few hours you would see that your clock time is slowing down.

If you have experience in electronic, try to pry open the clock and check the IC model and google for the datasheet. From my experience, there are 2 pinouts that allow you to select 50Hz or 60Hz. Change it from 60Hz to 50Hz and it could save your day .

hi there,

I'm looking for a step down transformer for my Guitar Amp from US, 100W..

Which 1 do u suggest? some say to get a stable output, need to use 1000W.. or just slightly greater than 100W like 300W or 500W..?

many thanks, cheers.

looking forward to your reply.
