Jasmine Tower ss2, any uptakes ?

Wanted to ask for opinion on Jasmine Tower. 300k, 1000+ square feet. Unfurnished. Good buy?
Agent said, rental can be 1.5k. Serious doubt about that. However, even with the rental, causes negative cash flow.
Any uptakes on that? Thanks..

Sorry ya, you also have Mon't Kiara, TTDI, Kota Damansara and etc. Damansara Perdana got a lot of apartment to let at a cheaper than RM1.5k unfurnished and newer than jasmine tower.  But Jasmine Tower for own stay, very worth it!  Added on January 21, 2011, 2:18 pmBut I dunno how the SS2mall will affect the properties surrounding it. Might need more input... If it's causing negative cash flow, that will only mean that you hope the property price to appreciate if you are considering it.
If you're considering to bleed, why don't bleed it on a landed instead of a condo? Less risk, higher returns if it appreciates. Logic?

I always thought condo's appreciation is greatest in the first 5 years and starts to taper off quite significantly after that. Rate of incremental value cannot be the same year after year.
