You see. This guy at least he is an active forum member. Although i do see people with more post count bears a dispute tag, people usually do not want to bear such tag if they are active in the forum.

The issue is i want to see the dxdiag. Is it so hard to post it here? All your statement now is based on the web presentation rather than hard evidence and only focus that all it is his fault.

At the same time, you also should have check what is written on that paper. I do not simply take in the representation as a genuine promise whenever i buy stuff from the people over here whether first hand of 2nd hand item.

1. I never say that higher post count means that the fellow can be trustworthy is more. If a bank manager who has been working for years can cheat millions of ringgit, what is not possible? What i am trying to say is that the tendency for them to intentionally cheating people is less.

2. The issue is the intention. If i am really accusing you cheating him, i can say that you have changed the GC and other BS reason. Do i look like I have that kind of intention?

3. TRUST? Make this one of your lesson. That is all i have to say.

What you can do

  Anyway, exercise caution whenever you deal with anyone. I see that you can trust people easily. If I am dealing with Dlim88, generally i am more relax a bit ONLY when checking the stuff. I always printscreen and keep it before i COD with people and i rarely do postage unless that fellow have good reputation or safe trader tag. It is always better to prevent than curing the problem. 

Always remember RM50 might be a huge amount for some minor. In your case, there is a third party involve. If he keep the money, why not just take out RM75 to repay you rather than finding around mudah.my and risk of falling into another hole? From his actions, i can say he is quite indecisive about what to do now, but i think he will resolve the issue with you since he is the one collecting money from you and manage the transaction.

I have PM him and his response is that he only help out his friend and does not know anything about that PC. His friend only belanja him makan only without paying him.

I also have advised him to repay you back as he deal with you and chase his other friend.

The issue is that you accept the stuff without checking properly and he only act as an agent only to resell the stuff rather than owning it. That is the complicating part.

Right now, either he is gonna pay the cash out from his pocket or chase his friend for the compensation. I guess those are hard choices for him.

By the way, I only found out that you attach the dxdiag file in the a few posts back.
