it have two ways
1 is blow thru setup that is carb are placed after the turbo's
2 is carb placed before turbo

1st setting they use is normally holley carb and 2 biasa use dcoe weber
very famous in vw beetle and ford v8 tuning scene

it use standalone ecu just to control the ingnition

but they do this biasa for weekend only
since very hard and near to imposible to tune it to have drivablitity for everyday usage

what if i find a weber or a carb thats for 2.0 litre
get a td03 of 6a13tt
find a metal gasket
then the turbo set to 0.3 or 0.4 bar boost
fiestable anot ???? brows.gif

custom made a driveshaft
get a ecu just to control the ignition
still fiestable ???

if let say play efi
which 1 efi better to bot ???
siemens,stock mmc map sensor , or kacuk 4g9 wiring and ecu ????

if u want quite the noise u can put in either both or both
since restriction in exhaust system will generally quite the noise
but if restrition d later no more free rewing like now lo
got ppl play use ah beng muffler but scare jpj and bapak marah
so they add two mid bullet to quite down a little

The total amount spent??? Might as well u get a better platform to play with. I m not saying dat 4G13/15 platform is not fiestable, but by simply BOT-ing a 4G91 for example, plonk in an Evo3 wiring and turbo kit..... easily touch above 160hp on stock Evo ECU.

Yes u can play around with the ignition timing while running on a carbie engine but u might gonna experience difficulties tuning the right AirFuel in the future. For surely u gotta redo the wiring to tap the ignition (coil, cam sensor/distributor) which is much the same and easier if u convert the whole system into EFI right??? And trust me, running "Lean" at the wrong time is not fiestable.

The Satria 4G13 is 1 gud example of a decent BOT setup. He is using a piggyback system to control both AFR and Ignition timing. Dats y his car can gain 180hp. Every engine dat plays around with the ignition timing can gain impressive figures. A proper tuning can help keep the engine healthy at its best. nod.gif 

Both are running on MAP ECU so no matter wat, u still gotta have a proper management.

1st is i notice there a whirring sound not gb sound but came from engine bay which increase to rpm and after 3k the sound will gone

2nd is recently after sudden high speed braking and later the brake will came out scratching noise when apply brake
but if park and left for a while the noise will be kong
a few times liaw

but!!!!!dont prolong the method this because richer the fuel mixture.....higher the temperature of engine block/manifold/extractor become glowing/oil pressure sensor made by plastic and tend to melt!!!!!

so just do it several time and repositioning back the distributor.....

Most likely it evaporates if you high rev too much.

If i were you, i rather do a proper overhaul which may cost RM2 - RM3k. This include rebore your engine block by extra 2-3mm. Using same conrod but oversized piston. Engine would be more powerful  nod.gif  at least gain 10whp extra

For me not worth it coz Saga Iswara body is like Tin Milo. How you sound proof also, the gain is only like 20-30%.
