Have anyone heard of tviexpress?

A friend told me that its a Multi-Level-Marketing sort of thing.

The product:
You purchase a package @ RM960/=
5 days & 4 night stays at any participating hotels in the planet.
No matter how many stars and what country as long as it is participating.

The term:
A new member is required to recruit 2 members. And it goes on.
When you have 3 stack under you, you receive rm2000 per month.

And theres the next stage, same thing, but its 10,000 per month....it goes over and over.

I am just asking for some comments here so pls feel free.
