my htc sense not showing the location, keep saying my phone finder is off but it's on =_= why

hallo,everyone..long time not being here... anyone can guide me how to root my dhd? i search in google that gold card is needed.i dont know what to do now.

Turn on your phone finder on your DHD.

Setting --> Location --> Phone Finder

I think it's more like linking of all devices with a single account (gmail) that connects everything, which is why you have to sign in HTCsense.com with your email. Syncing is also using the same email. So it makes sense... Correct me if I'm wrong

mirror and glossy sp are 2 different thing.
mirror u can see ur handsome face but ur screen sucks big time under the scorching sun
glossy looks shining but the image(ur handsome face) reflected not as clear as mirror and even under d hot sun ur screen is not as badly affected as mirror sp

No.. that rm10 rebate is just for 1st month only on top of the rm5 every month with autodebit..

Now i'm getting confused... I have mirror (am looking at my handsome face now) + glossy (it shines). So what is that called?

So in theory, they have Matte, Mirror & Glossy type of SP?

that rm10 rebate is just for the 1st month if successful register for autodebit...
the rm5 rebate is for every month....

check the 1st page of your bill.. they stated there.. have been called and verified with digi d...

Did you resync your sense account?

Setting --> Accounts & Sync --> Under the manage accounts look for HTC Sence click on it then select 'Sync HTC Sense'

Oh i did this also ... still cannot detect .. is it suppose to use GPS like signal ?

I use manual sync though and still can't detect it, must it be auto sync-ed ?

The phone ring is working fine

I tried.. can make the sound.. just no detect location.

on wifi, location update in MAP / Location .

sync the sense..

Ok, HTCsense is not working... the phone rings fine but I've "lock" my phone on the website. However, my phone is not lock. Location is also not working. In general, 90% of it is not working... I've given up on it until HTC fixes that! So much for the Sense experience

I have done all the setting when i log on to the htc sense it is still written

“Phone finder" is currently disabled. For security reasons, go to your phone to enable this feature in Settings >> Location >> Phone finder.

ur glossy sp can see clearly ur hensem face ?

previously i've used mirror sp on 5800 and touch hd. no chance to use glossy type only seen once on my fren's phone

finally my htc sense working for phone finder/location.
using wifi, need to turn on auto-sync, then refresh HTC sense.
Even i use yahoo email also working.
Please note : you need to wait the sync finished then only go to computer to computer refresh/select country again.
