But its running with 2.3.1 liao ...one of the advantages over Froyo ..though no sense is one that really turn me off

Well, mine is doing alright on LeeDroid...playing video on landscape and then press back, no lag at all..

Flashed before, no problem but i prefer the default theme

I think so too because before this when am on RevoHD, got some lag while playing video in Youtube...

Well, to do a complete system backup..you need to root your phone first...install visionary+ and then permroot your phone...after that reboot...then install BACKUP APP (like wise MyBackup/Titanium)...backup your Stock ROM

That's the complicated way...there's one easier

Use this to do HBOOT & Radio S-Off ----> Click Click

Well, after PERMROOT, you need to install ROM Manager and flash the recovery (which is ClockWorkMod~CWM)...use ROM Manager, you can also do Backup (and this is preferable because it will backup the whole system )...

As for MyBackup/Titanium Backup ~ are for APPS/DATA Backup, doesn't include the system

*usually we call backup using ROM Manager is a NANDROID Backup

Yes, you should save a copy in your PC (we can never know what will happen )..and for safety measure, copy the whole SD Card in your PC

*dun delete the backup in the SD Card ) and yes the backup will save your system & apps...

Backup to original :

ROM Manager > Restore & Manage ROM > Choose your stock ROM (and it will flash yours to the Stock ROM), there you go..got your Stock ROM back ...

Its should be in :

clockworkmod > backup > your backup

IINM, you can activate it few times ...but need TS and someone to clarify this because i haven't activate mine, rarely use those
