Would like to ask whether AMEX got provide secure online verification like what VIS / MAstercard ? if we can do online transcation , is this secure ?
Can we also do online banking for AMEX thru Paypal. I noticed if we want to purchase TGV movie ticket , can we do pay thru Paypal ? any charges |
