my guess is you are carry a balance. Finance charges potentially.
GST as in the RM50. Not 16%. Your new transactions for this month is only RM71. you should see 71TP as the non bonus treat points earned |

you can call their call centre and seek to understand the statement.
Unless you can scan the statement or share details, no one can guess why the 2 transactions on 19-Jan do not qualify.
