so far so good but I did have issue with them not crediting miles into my krisflyer acc (they are suppose to credit miles into your krisflyer acc every month). anyway it took them 7 months to rectify and somehow they mistakenly credit extra 6k miles to me.

so ya...pls check your miles every month.

Hey guys, i have gone through most of the AMEX and Maybank related credit card threads.

Can i conclude that the best to bucks amex credit card will be the Maybank 2 Card? Im heading for platinum one. (based on rebates/rewards point giveback)

Depends on the implementation/announcement for the change in terms this 15 March....

Then i guess i have to hold until March 15. :\

Full announcement should be before the date...

they might only release after 15 mar

AF for KF Amex can be waived for second year? any condition?

Saw the big advertisement on The Star today. The downside probably is the annual fee RM70. Not sure if it is waive-able. First year is free though.

agree, they need to reward/educate merchants to adopt/enable Amex, aggressively.

keep introducing amex benefits but not much places to spend


well, this card seems good, particularly first 3 months, for new-to-bank customers. rm100/mth with 5% bonus cb, total rm300 for 3 months, total spending rm2k x 3 months.

it used to be a good card until they intro m2c
now it is not bad again, downside is the annual fees
