PENANG LYN LC135 FEBRUARY 2011 TT
Date: 27th January 2010 (Sunday)
Time: 9am - 3pm or later
Meet: Gurney Drive Roundabout

Activities (in number order)
1) light breakfast - fettes park // Ananda Bawan
2) ice-breaking session,
3) relaxing group cruise from Tg Bgh -> Batu Ferringhi (Stage 1 ) -> Teluk Bahang (Stage 2)
4) drink/eat at the mamak stalls/warung at Teluk Bahang (optional)
5) photo session at teluk bahang dam
6) relaxing group cruise to Balik Pulau (Stage 3) (to whoever who wants to try out the corners here feel free to do so within YOUR OWN SAFETY LIMITS and PLEASE OBEY THE ROAD RULES, and don't do stupid and irresponsible things such as taking over any vehicles at blind corners. We will not be held responsible if anything happens to you that are caused by your own carelessness/recklessness .
7) Regroup at the end of Stage 3 (the PBA place, i forgot the name but we should give that place one )
8) Lunch @ Balik Pulau market
9) back to town. The route back (there is 2, one longer and another shorter) depends on everyones mood on that time
10) Optional -> hang out at Bee Hock (to whoever who wants to know where is the most pro LC mod/tuning shop in penang/ or wants to mod their ride after the TT feel free to do so)

*note that there will be photo session in between our activities as well

A little info about our TT
"All of us ride slow and easy in a group, WE ARE NOT REMPIT round island. Stop by kopitiam once a while, pam gas once a while, relax bah... then we sembang exchange idea, have lecture on komponen-komponen motusikal..."

Attires: If you guys have bike clothes/track clothes wear them, long pants/jeans is most encouraged if you dont have any track suit , bring along all your riding gears as well - gloves.etc. If you guys have raincoat please do bring it as well, never know when you need them.

Why don keep ori block? And I don think it worth just rm200.. It should worth more because of the diasil block....

DONT USE FAITO! really sux! makan my brake disk..
2 yrs im using normal pad.. but nothing happened..
but only 1 month using faito.. my disk already out..
now using normal brake pad..
but not soooo grippp..
need to change to new disk..

Ahhh I wan the exhaust!!! XD Guys Faito got 1 special crankshaft for lc which is able to jack up for +- 3.5mm which is able to stock LC become 150cc+, there r some question for this crankshaft jack up, what does jack up meant??? Push the piston higher??? Does it mean we will have higher compression??? And will it hit our valves??? Tis is a way to increase the stroke and hence we get more cc rite??? Then wif this crankshaft we ma will hv even undersquare engine lo???

i just do my ori exhaust to be like that just cost me rm150...
about the jack things.. i not really know.. after this no more faito things on my bike..

To explain jack up.. It's actually called jackrod.. That day ask bm Jeff explain... He say don jackrod if u know how to maintain it... And jackrod will create many problems..very hard to explain in words... Lol..

And yes.. Jackrod means increase compression.. Thats why got more power.. And throttle response increase significantly.. Pull throttle only.. Bike vroom d..

Bro charge wan bike got do also ma... Not much.. And bm jeff jackrod is around 7mm.. Thats why u can imagine how power is his bike.. Jackrod until he have to cut away the extra thing on his piston to avoid his crankshaft from hitting with his piston.. Lol

you're right - it push piston higher, and downstroke lower. If use stock cylinder, will increase compression. May even hit the engine head.

I think if put 3.5mm jackrod+fz150i block cyclinder+ cam fz150i will be perfect 150lc...Jam and overheat problem should be 99% solve...

thats why bm jeff say... if wan to do jackrod.. u will need to think twice.. because maintenance will be high...

doing around 3mm is possible.. but need to be precise... doing anything more than that.. he say.. if a few mm wrong... ur engine will have serious problem... haha.. thats why he use his bike to do guinea pig.. now he still on 7mm jackrod... LOL.. i only can see he keep maintain his bike.. din ride fast.. slow ade.. just that.. when he overtook lorry or wat ever.. just pull throttle in 3rd gear or 2nd gear.. i pull throttle also cannot catch up d.. tony wan bike also.. we see he go only.. LOL..

@Aaron: Wah, 7 mm jack rod ah... that's a lot even for RGV some more rev high. His piston ring should be the first one to go.

Next week TT I should be ok... I hope we do it lah... 2 months no TT, my hormone not balance liao.
