I dunno about you guys, if I travel in a car, with aircon under hot sun... after a while I actually feel dizzy. Not the sleepy type, but feel sick.
Even sometimes on weekends, just going out for grocery or lunch and back in the afternoon, I'll feel that way. Not if I ride bike, or be in the car with the windows down...

I always ride bike when i am alone. Don't wanna waste my time for traffic jam.
I only drive car if it is raining or want to fetch my wife and my friends.

Go tint your car windows darker lah, so you won't feel the hot sun lor
