When I traced my parcel at DPEX Worldwide website...this came out.

So what's for the no tracking information exists for this consignment while there's actually a tracking results displayed at the bottom?

First time dealing with DPEX so not familiar with their stuffs, hopefully someone can explain this. Any help will be deeply appreciated.
