Hi,

Appreciate your advice on Pioneer HTP-820SW:
a) use for Movie & Song listening
b) Harvey Norman quoted RM 3200 delivered + set up. Any better price ard PJ?

What's the main difference of it with HTP-RS55 (Todoroki speaker)?

Understand from HN (Ikano) that Onkyo & Yamaha comparable models cost higher. True? Any recommendation?

Thanks.

Can get even lower than 2899. Pioneer 820 set movie is not bad. I like the subwoofer. But not very clear the vocal.

Because that time i keep compare Yamaha and Pioneer. At last i choose Yamaha coz is "YAMAHA" and the sound is clearer. Better design.

And u see the Pioneer. The surround speaker only Mid range (they called it 2ways speaker). No tweeter. This i don't like. Look low class.

i owned the pioneer set for 2 years... i absolutely love it.. ppl do complain about the center speaker not too loud, well, you can manually adjust each speakers volume, of course factory setting is low... it is not the machine, it is how you tweak it. Yesterday i plugged in my i4 and listen to a few songs in dolby mode, heavenly... of course tweak it a little bit to my likeness...
I got mine for less than 2k, during one promotion... my best investment yet..
