U ask if 600k+ per leasehold unit, 600+ square feet is "reasonable". obvious its not "reasonable" and outright outrageously expensive, is it not?

1k per sq is reasonable accordingly to crazy trend. 10 yrs down the road price rise to 2k per sq. smile.gif

how is this compared to the Equine - DA MEN in USJ1 - 550psf?
They are all aiming student rental. But can student pay $2000 for about 1000sf place?

That taikor may be got connection to the tourist agency and can earn from per night rate.. Let say a unit can gain RM 300 per night, and each month can rented out 20 nights. That will be 6K per month... If he got the connection or may be the travel agency boss himself... rclxms.gif

Super rich students would study abroad. Students of middle income families share cheaper terrace houses or apartments. LRT station at USJ is still at the stage of talk only ?

"DA MEN" 大门 - the big door seems targeting at upper medium/high income group who can afford bigger door (大宅门).
