Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets
We aim to deliver Airmail Small Packets to Western Europe three days after posting, to Eastern Europe in four days and to countries outside Europe in five days. This service is ideal for gifts, goods, trade samples, audio/video tapes and photographs. You can include a letter, invoice or other document if it relates to the contents of the item. Please note that if you are sending valuable items such as: currency, important papers or precious metals, stones and jewels, use either Airsure or International Signed For. The maximum weight you can send is 2kg. We use an independent market research company to help maintain our delivery standards by monitoring delivery times to 21 countries.
Compensation
We may pay compensation for loss or damage of an item on production of a copy of the certificate of posting. Use Airsure for electronic tracking to the point of delivery and compensation for loss or damage to valuables up to the value of £500, to certain destinations only. Alternatively, use International Signed For if you require a signature on delivery and compensation for loss or damage to valuables up to the value of £500, dependent upon destination country.
Trackable
You cannot track your item online with this service. If you are sending low value items and need a signature on delivery, we recommend our International Signed For service. For items that require extra speed use Airsure which is electronically tracked all the way to the final delivery address to certain destinations only. Both these services receive priority handling abroad.
