At first my phone was really really brand new , no scratches no nothing. After the dead n8 issue i contacted Nokia via email and then was called up to sent to NCC (Even Nokia HQ called up to confirm the matter) . So the next day i sent , 2 hours + kao tim but they like happened to damaged my phone.
Data loss (that i can understand) , minor scratch behind (can see paint came off) and a few more problems. Even my default screen protector , below the blue coloured plastic has alot of dust before sending in . After sending in , dust all hilang , don't know what they did. And my transceiver inside quite dusty. So i feel like something fishy lo.
So yeah , if anyone of you sent to NCC , remember to CHECK everything thoroughly.

last time send 5800xm to NCC due to charging issue. Phone was nice nice and strip paint and minor scratches. After 1st repair out from NCC, phone will hang and freezes whenever receives call. Sent to NCC 2nd time, replaced board again, after that found out GPS not working. Sent to NCC again

and replaced board for 3rd time, everything was fine, then later found out bluetooth cannot be turn on WTF!. 4th time sent to NCC, they replaced the board with 5800 navigator edition. Everything working fine after that. But then the front 3 keys, the Red keys got striped paint

and also the stylus slot became very loose till can auto drops out.
That NCC is at Prangin Mall, Penang.
