michaelzolt,
Sorry, can't offer any direct recommendations. Would just suggest for you to check out the watch retailers carrying Tags in the various big malls around KL. MV and 1U alone should give you a good benchmark.

Altimetswagboy,
RM550 for a Panerai, I'd avoid it like the plague. Unless you don't mind paying RM550 for a fake, then you might be pleasantly surprised if it somehow turns out to be genuine laugh.gif

Jing-leBelle,
Yes, there is a Tag boutique in Pavilion. On the ground floor, opposite Hugo Boss IIRC. Do post some pictures if/when you get it!

A quick snap of the Speedy while waiting for the strap to dry.

fluffy6640,

One of our forummers (chriscym) got one off ebay not too long ago. You might wanna pop him a PM if you're considering getting pre-owned.

For the 3570, might be able to get a good deal on pre-owned since they're fairly new and abundant. Scratches on the hesalite can be polished out so don't be too worried about it.

Or you can just jump straight to a cal. 321 brows.gif

Wouldn't say it's the best, but it is the definitive one that went to the moon heh.
For reliability and servicing convenience, the c1861 (found in modern day 3570s) IMO would be much better.

Maybe a 3570 now and a ST105.012 sometime down the road? tongue.gif

Kerry1136,

Usually I just make sure that the serial on the watch matches that of the warranty card. If you're buying new from a reputable seller, I think that's about it. If you're buying a bracelet watch, make sure they return you the extra links after resizing.

d_lai_309,

I suspect KL will be cheaper since there's no tax. IWC boutique is giving 15% last I asked.
