This is sumthing like the air intake i wuz talking about..U can adjust the amount of air being intake thus making yur rpm higher at when idle. Most idle rpm is 900 but u can make it to 2k..is damm power esp at night when the air is cold and damm fuel comsuming.More air take more petrol burn..SIMPLE !! Added on January 22, 2011, 10:56 am
is ur aircon turn on? is it the belt sound??? I have this sound.. when i open the door... complained last 2 weeks.. and now i m at the sc to replace the auto tensioner..... seems tat the faulty auto tensioner is the culprit Yalor, when aircon on..damm noisy like the grasshopper making the sound continuously..or grinding..
Still in sc....once done..i will listen,,,is it gone.... |

QUOTE(xandras @ Jan 22 2011, 01:25 PM) If they ever come to u & tell u that 'Oh, it's like that wan.', never ever settle for that answer. Make sure they find till they're able to rectify the problem. No worries.. u wont get that answer from PESC 's ... honestly i have been to 4 PESC (too bad never go COSE before yet ) all show similar professionalism...(almost same quality of service)... anything you complain.. they will inspect and replace.... |

QUOTE(xandras @ Jan 25 2011, 04:02 PM) It's preferences la.. But I don't see what's the difference servicing at Proton and at outside service places.. I would continue servicing my car at Proton till 20k KM, then oni service outside.. Cos the warranty is up to 20k KMs only.. |

QUOTE(ZenGTMM @ Jan 27 2011, 01:42 PM) Nope.. Changing air filter or spark plugs would not void warranty cos its wear and tear items.. So its not covered under warranty anyways.. i tried asking the service advisor....he told me..."No you cant use other sparks plug...We can void the warantty" .. but i dont take their words 100%.Yeah OEM filters is every 20k... What u mean by engine type? Its stated in the manual, the full description and specs of ur car and engine. ok thanks. Will be heading there later to incur damages to my wallet.. Anywhere we can get ..... accurate information about the warantties? Anyone... CoSE has such information pasted anywhere? |

QUOTE(fenrir0402 @ Jan 28 2011, 10:03 AM) means adding diffuser to persona is a retard? i was discussing GT wing with my friend, and he too aware that i'm retard in cars, so he ask me to google diffuser, and get back to him with the answer personally i think is quite challenging..not very sure though disc brake ok... but ABS... different brake pumps needed? ABS module? and wonder does persona ECU "talks" to the ABS ? might cost alot i guess...my friend advise me, if wanna mod ride, mod brake 1st, rim not so recommended cos ppl will steal, so i plan to add abs+ebd+rear disc brakes+2nd hand rim. eh xandras, real or not abs can be added to b line PE, cos my friend said he never heard before ppl done so... |
