Remember how he destroyed RM? This kinda player, dont come around every Sunday. He should be challenging for 4 trophies in 1 year, not 1 trophy in 4 years.

My point will be if torres leave, who can we depends? If we are in badly needs money then ok, go ahead. If we thinking to earn some money for the transfer and in the same time get a good striker to come in,  then it is not a good choice. A good players isn't simply like buy and paid, some clubs may demand high price, and if a good player doesn't mean only you are the one who after him. Point is you need some luck on this.
I don't see is KD ideas, letting a good player go always not a wise choice, plus the player is behave quite well. He should not have prob with the manager and the players. I see is more like business trade.

If roman offer 50mil or 40 + anelka then why not. I can understand why he want to leave but submitting request a few days before window closes is a bad move from him. Maybe gerrard and kenny could persuade him to stay at least till end of this season. Or maybe he will change his mind and do a 'gerrard'.
