ah good.i'm in the middle of KC and this station 18 jj.i think its time for higher end apparels (topman/zara/cotton on/forever 21 etc) coming in.its not like ipohan got no money to shop.sienz

Anybody invest surrounding resident property or shop lot?
Now, surrounding property price in between 268k 400k for dSL. Keen to invest, but look at surrounding rundown shop lot...a bit scary. |
