I think Station 18 will become second "Ipoh Garden" which were surround with mamak, cybercafe, pub & disco. I think will be very happening.
Ipoh to have another Jusco, largest mall in Perak, 1.2 million sq ft, 5 storeys

Anybody invest surrounding resident property or shop lot?
Now, surrounding property price in between 268k 400k for dSL. Keen to invest, but look at surrounding rundown shop lot...a bit scary. |
