i think the new one.. my friend's city last year just change the whole gbx , luckily still in warranty
maintenance for vios (my mom use it) i also agree not that high, the toyota fully-synthetic oil around rm100+ (not rememberer exactly) so its quite cheap.. the labor maybe at high side but they have their own reason which is each car being inspected twice which each inspection check by different mechanic.. (my mom ask them why the labor price quite high)
