Been a fan of your writings in kotaku. May I ask that you look into a the story of how SOE are not hearing the Asian gaming community in solving a major game breaking problem in this game? We pay for a game which freezes after only 3 minutes into the game and which we have to reboot our PS3 every time this happens which may cause problem to our PS3 lifespan. Included are the link to the topic in DCOU forums which is being ignored and videos of our problems.

Another thing is the PS3 is not getting the developers support and feedback. Our support topic is locked and we are directed to contact Playstation support which only helps us in networking (port forwarding etc) but not game issues.

I would like to bring awareness to other gamer about this problem especially the Asian community who has no game for their region which is interested in purchasing other region to enjoy but instead will have this problem.

They will ignore because this game is meant for US region only. So they will not entertain any complaints from Asia.
