ala... dropping weights i think if u drop it after ur sets esp doin heavy weights are ok...

but those who throw plates or dumbells around just to move them in place or out of the way are fakin annoying...

saw a fat dude approx 100kg just let go of a 10kg plate from chest height straight to the ground when removing the plates from the bench.. acting like some badass but he benches 40kg total... wtf...

all that time i was wishing for the plates to somehow crack and hes asked to pay up.... haha
