Was I wrong sad.gif Would have turned around and probably punched his face in, but he's about 45 and greying hair. Something told me to just not continue the argument.

dropping weight is fine. i drop it on my last set.

lil bit of grunt is fine but screaming is not

and the thing i hate the most, people hogging the area ( bench, pull up station, cable station... its random ) and sembang2 instead of working out.
