1)some noobs(fat+skinny) lepaking at the benchpress lifting 5lbs grunting and flex in front of the mirror for nobody knows why.
2)Some frens that are too lazy to workout but keep bothering you the whole time. Shouldnt have introduced them to gym!
3)the bench is movable but make sure to put it back to its place!
4)tapau all the dbs just to check which one suits them better but the rest of the dbs left un-used.
5)i dont mind advice and tips but..dont nag me all day long
6)Guys..please dont wear short tights! i have a couple of "those" too!
