QUOTE(anakrantau @ Jan 20 2011, 08:12 PM) not exactly but very close.. samsung always have iphone envy, even their touchwiz interface.look like the "single" physical/sensor button for next android phone coming close to reality..possible it will be support honeycomb phone version too dats 1 of the reasons why galaxy s was such a smash hit |

QUOTE(Andrew Lim @ Feb 12 2011, 10:02 PM) If no lag, consider this my next phone. Once you go SuperAMOLED, it's hard to switch to any other phone. agree.de main reason why i sold off the galaxy s was bcos of the horrible lag. even though it is possible to install nolagfix, but seriously we paid a lot of money juz so dat we can improve it by ourselves? |

This phone feature quad core gpu which are claim 5 times faster than hummingbirds gpu, samsung really want to compete with nvidia this time :-) Remember that the new psp feature quad hummingbirds which can run ps3 port flawlessly? This show how beast this phone gonne to be this year. Overall, this phone really a big jump from SGS, the spec said it all but i still waiting how it perform at the real world :-D orion>tegra2 Quad core hummingbirds gpu>tegra2 gpu
people here not happy with the response and smoothness. techradar says its exquisite. don't know man humans. how smooth they want a phone to go.
it's quite simple to the question How smooth? iPhone smooth PERIOD so far, no android phone nor stock launchers can achieve the level of user experience that only apple seems to offer. no matter how fast the processor, no matter how big the RAM, android phones are laggy. even the best hardware Galaxy S which I had used was stuttering too many times even though nolagfix and darky/doc ROMS were installed. windows phone 7 would seem to be closest to it that I had experienced first hand using Omnia 7. have not tried webOS yet but it is also widely regarded as smooth. Secondly here is more clear explanation of Super Amoled PLUS ![]() |

QUOTE(Boomeraangkid @ Feb 15 2011, 11:52 AM) ah say la compare with ipong. all keep saying " i've seen smoother phones" i thought amongst android phones at stock. so your basicly saying all android stock phones are almost the same? not really.difference in android phones is the shape, hardware features like camera, video capability, hardware keyboard, etc and software like HTC Sense, TouchWiz (iOS clone). dats why the sales is quite huge. so with all those choices, customer base is wider compared to single-spec iphone. |

QUOTE(Boomeraangkid @ Feb 15 2011, 11:57 AM) not really, to make things simple involves a lot of high technology.it's just like making an executive summary out of a 100 page report. design philosophy is different iOS - simple, efficient, smooth, appealing, tries to use technology to follow human way. android - complicated, customizable, less beautiful, less smooth, human must follow technology. |

QUOTE(atvidcius @ Feb 15 2011, 12:11 PM) Hmm, dunno when will it release in Malaysia n not sure will Maxis put it under the plan anot .. If not will be too expensive to get it .. T.T But i like it more than Samsung Galaxy S .. when S2 comes out, surely many S users will sell it at dirt-cheap price.Should I wait for Samsung Galaxy S 2 or jz go n get Samsung Galaxy S under Maxis plan? now is already abt 1.5 - 1.6k. Expected to drop to 1 - 1.2k. since time difference is not too long, WAIT. |
