i use previous photon c6.
photon c6-02 is just released.

flashed to stock 52, no problem.
reflashed to photon c6, no problem.

some guys says ok, some guys have same problem as me.
gonna try diff method of flashing .. rclxub.gif

ok, finally found what the problem.

- previous C6-01 use file from BINH which is 42
- new c6-02 is using PNHT 41.

need to flash using PNHT 41 core. otherwise u end up with a vibrator.

Added on January 20, 2011, 1:18 amtried this c6-02 with previous core.
the phone fail to boot, it only vibrates.

i just brick my phone last night...

i add a 4x5 menu onto pnht c6, and flash...

end up with a dead phone after done flashing, press power on, got only continues vibrate with nothing on screen...

panic edi, do googling and found out that able to revive with reflashing with ori firmware...

phewwwwwwww...

usually a corrupt rofs2 file will end up in looping start up or stuck at white screen, now got this continues vibrate...

got to be pay an xtra carefull next time...

Haha, i experience this before.
But mine is a oversized Rofs2 because of adding chinese language

Hmmm so now you manage to insert chinese font into the rofs2? I can't insert, too big cry.gif

the problem is the font, the fonts i downloaded had too many languages, can't fit inside the rofs2. used the original C6 font, 5800 font. Even worse doh.gif turn on the phone, everything is in boxed. Guess I need to use back the memory card way

font with english and chinese support is around 7~8mb++, put to rofs2 sure over size...y not just use fontRouter app or just paste this to ur c:resource/fonts?? vortex cfw come with fontrouter anyway

Anyone here can help me please? I need z:\sys\bin\power.dll file from HX-11 CFW (hyperX) for some research..maybe we can overclock our phone just using rompatcher..need this file from Samsung Omnia HD owner that using HX-11 CFW (hyperX)..this file only created when HX-11 CFW flashed on Omnia HD device..someone here i hope can get it for me please..thanks.. icon_question.gif

Yeah, memory card works, just that when i connect to pc via mass storage, sometimes will auto restart. Just found out copy into C drive works!!! rclxms.gif
