Guys I need some serious help here><
Been using my phone more than 1 and the half year but this problem arises recently which my phone keep auto shut down.(I.e auto turn off when calling, sms-ing, random shut down) At first I thought it was a virus affection which I thought symbian 5 would never have virus attack. So I tried soft reset problem cont. Tried hard reset again problem cont. So I thought it could be my MMc card problem maybe, remove it and cont using my phone. And again it shut downs. So maybe it could be my firmware, I upgraded it from v40 to v52, still the same ><. Anyone could help me? Could it be battery? .... Really makes me frustrated. |

However, the virus on maximum possibilities will only attack yor memory card and never on ure fone. The reason u face this issue on the fone is due to some halfway uninstalled, clashing with system or there's an error on the firmware. A fresh firmware re-update is necessary to solve this issue .. Have you install any application in your memory card? 2. How long does it takes let it turn off its phone by itself? 3. How many bars of battery left when it auto shut down usually? 4. Have you ever format your phone MC? 5. your tube suffer any physical damage or not? by the way, the tube is running on the S60V5, not Symbian 5. N8 only uses Symbian^3 only. |
