As far as I know these are made in Bubenreuth, West Germany. But I will double check the model number and get back to you on that. Are second-hand violins generally worth more though?

I saw your new bow it looks awesome! Any cheaper ones around? I'm looking to get a new bow and shoulder rest if I decide not to sell. Also, know any luthiers who can properly clean the varnish on the violin body and the fade on the finger board? It's a little worn from 6 years of underuse otherwise it's a beautiful violin.
