yeap. Not available. But seriously Shinigami, you have the Epic Graphic, I'd advise against getting the 80% same looking one from Aussie and hunt for 1st Gen Epic from US. Thats da bomb.... In fact, I'll check with my returning friends if they can tumpang one for me from NIKE-ID.

Well there is an Epic I and an Epic II. No reason there won't be an Epic III.

smile.gif I meant it in a good way actually.

Maybe the word "Heavyduty" wasn't apropriate. Should be rugged.

Who would doubt the quality of SAMSONITE brader : tongue.gif

got backpack for 17" lol...
gonna be a problem if i'm getting a Dell 9400...

I think its best you get a backpack with good back and shoulder support. The Inspiron 9400 is a heavy one..... sweat.gif

bout how heavy?
*
Like what steve2985 said. The starting weight for this Inspiron 9400 model is 3.49Kg. If you're mobile, think about the Dell heavy adapter and your other accessories like Mouse and cables..... Its bound to reach 4Kg.

Good shoulding padding is esential, and something which can maintain your posture.... sweat.gif

I used to have a sling back for my 3KG++ notebook. After lugging it around, I got blue-black marks on my shoulder.... sad.gif

The bag looks imposing, and bulky but actually is of a simple design with added pockets here and there. The ALIENWARE logo at the top portion makes it look good thou.

I think as long as the back portion of the Notebook backpack is stiff, you won't break your notebook into 2 when you kneel down. Choose wisely....

Do you guys think "Crumpler" is worth the money?
*
Well, if you like the design and like many have said, have the dough. Go for it. Though for the same $$$, I would go for something with technology in play for example:

NIKE 'EPIC'

OR

OAKLEY 'KITCHEN SINK'

Tons of pockets/compartments for Music player. Side pocket for express Notebook retrieval. Looks whole lotta cool. Massive padding.

A sleeve is very convenient when you're travelling with a 12"/13.3" or 14" lappie. Your lappie fits into it and you can lug it under your arms like a book. I find it convenient when I am heading to a wi-fi spot knowing I won't be there for more than 1- 1.5 hrs. Don't have to lug the adapter together provided your batts are at full charge.

There are some quality sleeves which offer some impact protection foam. The entry levels of good quality come around the RM50 region and is the one I am using for my 12.1". Youn can check out big Comp shops as they normally carry these acessories.

Heya, anybody know where in malaysia can i see boblbee bags?

And also where to get Nike epic bag?

Also u guys say got epic 1 and epic 2 but i search whole WWW oso find one type of nike epic bag only. Anybody got any pics? whats the diff?
*
Hey. Yes, its hard to get the pics sometimes and can be confusing. As far as I know, there is the Original Nike EPIC (The Legend), Nike Epic 2 (extremely limited in Msia with Nike Shop bringing in only 10Unit in 2002) and the Nike Epic Graphic which we see around KL's Nike and Al-Ikhsan shops these days... sweat.gif

wow!...what a nice, cool and attractive backbag...and the price also really.... sweat.gif  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

Yeah. And its been discounted from the RRP....

The laser etched Nike Epic Graphic(Beige/maroon) was going for RM729 last time. And the army(Urban Cammo) was RM599. But they have gone down in price significantly therefore its quite hard to find units around as most have been sold...

Case Logic bags also looks kinda cool actually. I saw them at ALL IT HYPERMARKET and the colours are trendy as well. They make lappy bags and those that fits in camera's as well so you can take pics and view it on your lappy on the move. But they do cost a bit.... though not as high as CRUMPLER which I think is a bit overpriced....
