Fat hopes to get samsonite at more than 10% off. No matter where I go, whatever the sale, samsonites retain their high prices.

50%??? WHERE?? Wow. That's a good bargain.

Mendoza's not bad. Pretty heavy duty. Friend's bag have been trashed about and it's still holding true. Might not look the prettiest though. Haha. But hardy enough.

Try jansport. Studio R having 40% off for one of their laptop specific bags biggrin.gif AND it's an airlift series biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

yeah 50% is really good but that was sometime ago. sad.gif

Mendoza's quite heavy duty but not sure do they have a decent looking one. because currently i'm using a sling bag and its big.i guess backpack will be easier to carry especially for ladies.

Jansport? hmmm.. can take a look. thanks for the info!

Haha. Mendoza is generally more for guys. The bags don't look very dainty sweat.gif

Some nikes come with a laptop compartment as well. Looks pretty decent too.

But yeah, take a look into Jansports. Looks good enough. And most importantly, the technology. thumbup.gif

Personal oppinion? No. It's just a fancy bag. Looks nice though. If you've the money to burn, yeah, why not. Else, don't bother.

But that's just me biggrin.gif

laugh.gif I'm using a Samsonite for the 17" one. Friends got for me. I'd much rather a Jansport. They can take a lot of abuse. Hahaha tongue.gif

I've my eyes on this lapstation (it's by Jansport). The laptop compartment is at the back. Not in the main compartment like the other laptop specific. Can take in quite a heavy load. Good for those going overseas and have a lot of baggage biggrin.gif

Well, if you like the design and like many have said, have the dough. Go for it. Though for the same $$$, I would go for something with technology in play for example:

NIKE 'EPIC'

Weight Management.Hard casing.Futuristic design

OR

OAKLEY 'KITCHEN SINK'

Tons of pockets/compartments for Music player. Side pocket for express Notebook retrieval. Looks whole lotta cool. Massive padding.

bought myself a Jansport firewire laptop bag around 1 year ago @ 40% discount from StudioR midvalley(using a cut-out coupon from the star, and i actually bought 2 jansport at 1 go with 2 coupons, the other is a slingbag. got 40% off for both bags), paid around RM210 for it, not exactly the best looking bag, but it's huge, and it's quite durable, suitable for those who travel a lot with lots of stuffs.. haha.. will be passing the bag to my sis cause she's going to UK next month, considering to get myself a deuter giga or gigant or giga office..

Word of advice: Don't buy Jansports if they're not on sale! laugh.gif Coz the more expensive models usually go for 40 - 60% off. That's a lot of money saved biggrin.gif
