i cannot oc my 2600k past 4.5 on asrock fatality z68..
someone please help..

flash it to latest bios already. even i increase vcore still cant past 4.5.is it my chip hv hit the limit?

i7 2600k

under cpu configuration i disable:

after stress with prime95 i manage to lower my vcore to 1.375

its 1.408 from cpuz.then i tweak to 1.375.stable 3 hour prime95.the problem is i cant boot past 4.5.always got code 70,71 on led.increase vcore oso no efek

i dont touch anything about ram.just let it be auto.using gskill f3 12800cl8 4gb kit

Oh I thought SSD will load faster for OS only not in games, but if i have SSD i must install the game in SSD right to load faster? Theres no point having SSD for OS only if the games in HDD?
Does 8GB RAM makes a diff in loading game? Which one is important for choosing RAM, the Mhz or Latency?

tested, but i got BSOD with my current vcore which is 1.375..so i increased it to 1.40 and tested with intel burn test..however the temperature shocked me!

so what should i do? is it okay for me to stick with this setting? or should i buy a new cpu cooler? sigh.. i thought H70 is good enough..
