It is not Merida bad. Like my first page explanation. At 2k price or even to 3k price, any frame are almost the same. Even in magazine reviews also they hardly talk about frame but accessories.

My first bike also Merida. I bought it coz of the matt black finish.
It is more of how the salesman selling merida promote it like it is the best bike you can find.
