wasn't after reach the quota then just cut down the speed or can't connect to internet?
currently i'm using DG Smart Plan <----Monthly RM68,quota 3gb,after reach then just cut down the speed and no extra charge for it.

whatsapp doesnt suck ur data a lot, but at the meantime it makes other functions of ur phone connected. and then those apps will synchronise and refresh and whatsoever they make sure they suck u dry.
