I can't agreed with that.If going back 3 years ago,people said PV13 with near by 300K was a bit expensive.
But look at the price now and what people says....

my friend's agent last week call him
telling him that stil got 1 unit around 390k at lower floor
think now sure sold already

also i check last saturday's star paper
the unit at 1351ft2, means those standard unit at 23 or 23A floor
are putting up a price at 448k

sell to my friend at 410k
