yup, its 3+3 program. UniMAP does give credit transfer, but its only sufficient for 1st year subject. I manage to secure 29 credit hours transfer, maximum for ex-dip polytech leavers. Means by, all first year subject no need to retake except "Engineering Maths 2"...

Your question are quite subjective there. As for me, they all are okay. You can be friends with them outside lect hours. We have some number of Professors, Doctors, etc. There are also lecturers who are ex-student here. 2 of them already obtained PhD...

Programming? It is essentials for Computer Engineering student. Most of the programming/design related subject will have a mini project. A lot or not, its up to you. As for me, I love design/programming oriented subjects...

So far I've learn C (Software and Embedded approach), C++, Assembly (Intel 8085 and 8051), VHDL...

If you take diploma first, you'll learn more technical skills. Because in degree, those technical skill subjects are quite limited. Unless u wanna learn or explore it yourself...

He's a First Class

He do complaints to me about his interview session with Intel. He says why Intel ask things that not in our curriculum. I just say to him, its for you to study before attending the interview. LOL, he is complaining alot...

He is talkative and always brags about thing he like. Last time, he ALWAYS talk about how awesome Intel is, just because he undergo his intern there. Most of our friends were bored about the story and yet, he's repeating it over and over again. I hope that he won't make ur life miserable. Got luck handling him...

Dun worry. Just go somewhere when he starts to open his mouth. Then, he'll stop. The more you layan, the longer he'll tell his fairy tales...
