Don't have issue with ceiling, not the highest floor... Always make it a point not to buy unit with concrete slab as roof ... 

U need to get the main con to re do the rooftop water proofing ... PU grouting works don't really work in the long-term. The main con -Setiakon's works works have been questionable; my current apartment also done by them! Highest units have major major complain about leaking ... 

Anyone requested for their kitchen cabinet to be completely rebuild? I'm requesting mine to be done as I'm very disappointed with mine since my 1st inspection. I filled in the defect form and get them to fix it but instead the did a very sloppy job rectifying it with excuses saying most of the Signature Kitchen contractors are busy with Block B and only have 1 guy attending to rectifying work in Block A.

Btw, anybody notice that the kitchen hood is just sucking everything to your ceiling? It's not leading out to anywhere but upwards and will still fill your house with smoke and stains your ceiling. It totally defeat the purpose of having a kitchen hood as if it's just  sucking smoke away from your pot/pan and face but still fill your house with smell, oil and smoke.

But now the AC is giving problem. DO you know that there are two compressors with 5 blowers (3 rooms, 2 in living). The monster compressor with 3 blowers always giving problem, sometime 1 blower blowing only air. In future if any of these compressors break down, all respective blowers cannot be used. Don't know why the developer chose this kind equipment

Does anyone know when is phase 2 completiom date? Early this month they said in 2 months time.

Sometimes...it is more make sense to get ur own reno contractor to help....if wan to wait developer to kaotim all defects...it will not be time efficient...be it to rent or ownstay.

I think this is a great idea. I have been seeing many African/Nigerian going in and out of the place. There's a unit where I saw at least 5-6 people staying and they do not have any access cards. They just give some excuse or BS to the Security Guards and they we allowed in. They are ruining the image of MBTL. It will soon be like Domain or CyberRia and not to forget there might be crimes.

I will be joining the meeting once I got key/access from OSK. lets keep our property safe 

To existing MBTL neighbours , please ensure our guard is strict on visitor 

nowaday many ppl just say "drop off", "pick up"....then the guard will open the gate already...

Whatever written in DMC can be changed if majority of the residents agree.

Ok...I don't quite remember if it was 4 months or 6 months that I paid...I was assuming it's 6 months because 18 Months free from developer so if I pay for 6 months means I don't have to pay anything for next 2 years..
..but yes, I definitely did pay for it...

I am fb group member for other property.

the group admin used to give a deadline to all other members, they will verify the ownership of each member by checking their snp or any other relevant document (snap picture). I just show a formal letter head from developer, which able to see my name and vr limited personal info for them to do verification.
