Just received a VP letter from developer. Mine is 2nd phase link villa. In the letter they asked me to pay "Service charge" for 4 months in advance amounting 2k++. Anyone knows what charge is this..?

It is actually in the plan selling the house. Not because of PH or what not. By the way, a lot of foreigners interested to buy unit in MBTL. I believe MBTL will become international community in Cyberjaya soon.

Only affordable people can buy MBTL. I assume MBTL is far away of your client's budget and he was using PH as a reason not to buy from you
