gaming closes a person up in their own world rather than allowing them to get in touch with nature, real people and in short: getting a life out there.

gaming has also been considered by many researchers and psychologists as an activity that can hinder actual development with the real world and real people. A hardcore gamer would show more withdrawal from the people around him, being more introverted and also lacking social skills. It might impact the way he communicates with people, being difficult adjusting to others, showing more irritability, and other side effects.

Yes there's nothing wrong if u wanna play a short game... but make sure your loved ones around u understand your need and that you would not jeopardize your relationship with them later. Wives do leave their hubbies because of being too attached to computer games (or even just the internet) due to them lacking self control and in the end lacking the ability to cope up with her needs.

Find your justification to game more... if it is what you want... as what i said is the truth from actual research that's been done out there + stories from people who have went through it.
