Hi, i am owner for gemilang 1 as well,
i just contact to sp setia they keep mention unable obtain clearance letter from syabas,
start from jan to until today still same status, i dun think we can get the key on end of february.
When i asking for penalty regarding late delivery of house key, their reply as per below,
According to our legal section, we're waiting further direction from KPKT(Housing Ministry) on the LAD(Penalty) on late delivery.
If there is whatsapp group for gemilang 1 please share here as well...

They mention syabas clearance letter already get, soon will HOVP, but no idea when right now.
Hopefully can HOVP soon, already delay for 1 year....

YES, get same reply from them... They very clever get time extension from Government and extension period is around one year, because LAD only will be paid after u sign S&P 24 months,
since they get extension for around one year, u need to sign S&P before April/May 2019 only entitle for this LAD.
And Also i also wondering what is purpose for this maintenance fees which need cost RM1000.
Please be careful for the billing , i have been charged total interested up to date for RM189, however when i call to credit department they cannot explain clearly why have this cost,
end up only waive it after my arguing.
