Hi, I'm new here :-)

Owned lagenda, facing the main road.

Lagenda still don't have TM land line (as checked with TM last friday), not sure when the facility will be availabe. have to termiate the line after 3 months wating to have the service for streamyx n fixed line.

Maybe I&P charged us earlier for service fee of RM600 during hand over the house. This fee includes other services also.

The earlier phase not sure la. Maybe around 50 - 100.

100 per month for security? like stay in condo every month maintenance fees...never end...

may be 600 for security services, potong rumput, cleaning and also rubbish collection before they handing over to MPK.

KPJ to buy four plots of land for RM24mil

PETALING JAYA: KPJ Healthcare Bhd is to acquire four plots of land in Klang for RM23.76mil to build a specialist hospital.

In its announcement, KPJ said that it expected the development costs for the total area of 1.84 hectares to be within the range of RM110mil to RM120mil while the hospital construction is estimated at RM80mil.

The funds for all developments will be internally generated.

KPJ added that the hospital is expected to be completed in two years after the acquisition goes through by its wholly-owned subsidiary Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd.

“The acquisition is in line with KPJ Group's objective to expand its network of hospitals to locations where private healthcare is in demand, enlarge the customer base and further establish himself as a key service provider in Malaysia”.

The lands are situated within a mixed development under Sazean Development Sdn Bhd called the Sazean Business Park.

letter from I&P to notify us to collect the key received early may where the letter dated 30 April 2011. biggrin.gif

so no LAD la.

even sekarang lagenda masih x ada meter air (guna air x bayar la)

On the traffic issues

Complaint to KESAS last year and they told me as an immediate action, they just put the barrier and re-look the traffic light system. after some time, they changed the timing of the traffic light. Better than before. the main problem is cars/lorry/bus which like to potong Q.

In average, 2-3 minutes at langat interchange.
