I also havent receive any letter. Warisan should complete by end this month right?

I've received the Hand Over Letter from I&P, it took so long cause they sent out the registered letter on 28th March and reach on 8th April. I had the same miscellaneous fees and additional late payment charges. I understand bout the water and electricity deposit but for not for maintenance and assessment. I totally dont understand why I get late payment charges. I called up to my financer and they told me there was no late payment release.

Anyone have the late payment charges as me, please share / any advice are welcome?

yupe misc fees such as:
1)electric deposit
2)water deposit
3)maintenance fee for 8 months  - 1 time only(cut grass,garbage collection n etc)
remark from developer - need 8 months time to hand over MPK
4) assessment fees
5) late payment charges (depend)

pay at kinrara office, bk5, puchong.... collect key also.
