There are still a lot of subsale units available in Gemilang. Based on brickz transaction records, the value doesnt really appreciate which left me wonder why.
I am still considering whether or not to purchase one as the location is quite a put off for me.
While I&P is quite generous on the layout, it wasnt spared from defects. I viewed one unit with around 30 defects to be rectified. They are mainly crack lines. Could this really suggest the land is indeed sinking? Any experts view? Some just VPed in Q3 2020. So it's quite a worrying scene.
