Hi All ,

I just booked dzaman 2 , i am confused is the Dzaman one the same size 24 x 70 and was for 388 888 only ? ( RM 231 psf) coz Dzaman 2 is for 433 888 ( RM 258 psf( . and Warisan 1 was for 350 K with 22 x 70 ( RM 227
psf ) and Dwarisan 2 phase A8B has not launch the size is 22 * 70 also ? is it going to be cheaper on per sf then Dzaman 2?

yeap you r right , its was 305K ,

I talk to few people and this is what we come out with , i am not sure how true it is .

They have launch dzaman 2 because - its a bigger house . if they had launched warisan . most of them would not buy and wait for dzaman 2 because it more value fo rmoney . any warisan 2 could not be selling .

I when to sales office yesterday coz my friend wanted to book , only about 25-30 houses left . which is a good new biggrin.gif

I when yesterday only 18 house left . Facing south only 1 left . 10 feet land in the back ?? you sure ? where u got that info ?

anyone knows roughly how much will be warisan 2 launching price ???
is dzaman2 good for investment ... might wanna sell after 3 years hehehee

IF they selling limited unit at all time , very good will push the price high and keep the demand there -- I & P very start ..


Hahahaha who is that said wait for Dzaman 3 - very good idea but price will be 500K maybe -- like in parklands ..Mati kong ka kiau ahh ...

Putra/cyber I had an apprtment there Cyberia ,

I heard that near KLIA there is going to be a college , so I think you should look it too it before selling -

Could you get a profit if you rent it out.

Apartment near Bdr Botanic ? where is that ?

Bayuemas is a very good buy for investment , there wont be much buble in middle class investment .

If you see the other development , Glenmarie Cove , Calnary bit futher than parklands is all bunglows and semi-D ,

the reason they building this is because there is a boom in property in cyber and putrajaya , there is going to be a highway build from banting to Cyberjaya - and will take only about 25-30 min from klang to cyber . lots of company in cyber and people are moving to south klang because its more afforable house price in that area compare to cyber . There wont be any bubble in this area. I heard warisan 2 will be about 400K , and its smaller .... check it out .
