I heard that near KLIA there is going to be a college , so I think you should look it too it before selling -

Bayuemas is a very good buy for investment , there wont be much buble in middle class investment .
If you see the other development , Glenmarie Cove , Calnary bit futher than parklands is all bunglows and semi-D ,
the reason they building this is because there is a boom in property in cyber and putrajaya , there is going to be a highway build from banting to Cyberjaya - and will take only about 25-30 min from klang to cyber . lots of company in cyber and people are moving to south klang because its more afforable house price in that area compare to cyber . There wont be any bubble in this area. I heard warisan 2 will be about 400K , and its smaller .... check it out .
