Just want to share my experience RMA-ing my Logitech G403 mouse

When i first purchased the mouse, it already had this infamous scroll wheel rattle (not as serious as the ones in youtube videos, but definitely annoying especially for a guy like me who likes to click middle scroll wheel button to open new tab for web page link). didnt bother me much at first, but then i decided to send it for warranty instead almost 6 months after the purchase.

so i PM-ed logitech malaysia facebook, showed to them my proof of purchase and then they emailed me the address to send.

waiting time was around 2 weeks.

then i got a brand new g403 back. no issues with this one.

so yea, overall it was a pleasant and pretty speedy service. kudos to them.
