Hi Guys, I bought a brand new G633 yesterday, and when i receive it i found out the number of the adjust part is faded, its also got some weird plastic mark on the headset, and seller reject my request for new replacement, any suggest ?
The S/N number of it, havent been registered yet, so i think its not refurbished item.
